About the STUDIO

Indira Cruz is a reiki master, interior architect, & founder of Interior Healing - an alternative wellness and design practice focused on healing the spaces both in our bodies, and our physical environments.

Indira received a master’s from George Washington University in Interior Architecture. She has spent the past six years working at architecture and design studio, HapstakDemetriou, designing various commercial spaces including restaurants in DC such as Call Your Mother, District Winery, Little Pearl, Shy Bird, Pincho, and Taco Bamba. Indira has worked independently and designed Lost City Books in Adams Morgan and Thrive Yoga in Bremerton Washington. Most recently, she has designed the Accountable office in Washington, DC and Reunion Yoga in DC.
